Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times by banks may vary.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing in our policies.
