Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing times may be extended during holidays or peak periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Canada:
- Free standard shipping on all orders
- Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
Express Shipping:
- $20 CAD
- Delivery: 2–4 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after shipment.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages).
Please include:

- photos (if applicable)
We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing in our policies.
